The team brings comprehensive mining operations experience spanning drill and blast, mine construction and development, maintenance, and extractive operations management. We have overseen the full operational lifecycle from establishing site infrastructure and developing working areas, to executing efficient drilling and blasting programs that optimise fragmentation and productivity. Our background in mobile and fixed plant maintenance ensures high equipment availability and safe, reliable performance, while our hands-on leadership in day-to-day extractive operations supports consistent output and operational excellence. Ulara’s experience allows us to deliver practical, effective solutions that keep projects running safely, efficiently, and profitably.
